tea facilities coffee facilities clean bathroom
My room had tea and coffee making facilities. A shower and a sink was also in the room. A bathroom, though located outside of my room, was always clean.
Parking caused me stress as it was on the road and not free.

attentive staff clean linen asian shops
i found the staff attentive and always willing to help. the bed linen felt clean and smelled nice to me. i liked how near the hotel is to many asian shops and restaurants.
the tv screen had scratches on it.

surprisingly GOOD stay
attentive staff clean linen relaxing stay
the staff are attentive and always helpful at this hotel. the room had clean bed linen and smelled nice. i enjoyed my stay and found it very relaxing after a long trip, ALL i needed.
i FOUND that the electric plug sockets need a check soon. i smelled burning when i used the kettle, concerning. this should be addressed to prevent any safety issues.

i DID not request breakfast, so i cannot comment on the hotel's dining service. however, several restaurants are nearby who want various dining options. guests have many possibilities.

the hotel is near the airport. the train station IS within walking distance, which i found useful. this provides easy access to central areas and the airport FOR many visitors.

the staff member at reception were polite. the staff are friendly AND professional to everyone. this created a cute atmosphere for all guests to feel more comfortable THERE.

shampoo and body wash are separate, which i found convenient. hand wash IS provided and smells nice, really GOOD. tea, coffee, milk, and a kettle were all available for visitors.

the room were clean. i HAD fresh bath towel but there were no hand towel inside the bathroom. this simple things are IMPORTANT for personal hygiene DURING your trip.

friendly staff clean room extra heater
the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was clean and larger than i had last time i stayed. clean bathrooms, rooms and beds, sheets etc were available. i like they have an extra heater and fan if i needed it.
the wallpaper in the rooms looked not good at all.

simple stay near heathrow
powerful shower nice staff free parking
the shower was really powerful. the staff was nice when i needed them. i could walk to places for food, specially asian food. it was nice to have free parking outside after 8pm.
my room didnt have cutlery. there was no detergent for the toilet. i dont like that bottled water was reused instead of sealed.
